Our founder and MD, David Wright MRTPI

David is a Chartered Town Planner with 16+ years’ experience in both local government and the private sector and including:

  • 9 years in local Government: From enforcement at Copeland to leading teams at Kensington & Chelsea and Eden District Council.

  • 7.5 years at Gleeson Homes. David built the Cumbria division from scratch, delivering 200+ homes annually and securing planning for 1,486 homes - with a very impressive 100% success rate.

David is known for his pragmatism, stakeholder relationships, and delivering outcomes – as well as giving honest, practical advice.
